Measuring device for the positioning of tool changer systems

    The alignment is done by a "measuring method" with an exact measuring result.

    • Measuring the offset between tool holder and tool changer in x and z direction as absolute value
    • determination of distance between gripper and spindle
    • easy and safe handling

    Application

    Alignment of

    • Magazine to tool changer
    • Pick-up magazine to spindle
    • Tool changer to spindle

    You can measure the axial distance of the contact surfaces / the center offset to the tool spindle and to the tool magazine (transfer of the values to the machine control) / the correction direction and the correction path / various offset tolerances.



    2 Components - 1 Unit

    One component is the measuring unit (dial gauge) for determining and displaying the center offset and the axial distance by means of a direction pointer.
    The correction dimension must be set.

    The second component is the test fixture in common ISO standards.

      The alignment is done via a "probing procedure" with an "okay" / "not okay" result.

      • Measuring the offset between tool holder and tool changer in x and z direction as absolute value
      • determination of distance between gripper and spindle
      • easy and safe handling

      with the Calibrit Easy2.0 aligment device, it is also possible to:

      • determine the angular position (position of the groove in the spindle to the position of the groove in the gripper groove

      • Alignment of chain or disc magazine to tool spindle
      • Alignment of transfer unit or swivel unit to chain or disc magazine

      The Calibrit Easy aligment device consists of a spindle cone (1), a gripper disc (2) and a staking pin (3).
